The Bloomsbury Waterfront is a 6 floor commercial development situated in the distinguished Walter Carrington community in Victoria Island, Lagos. There will be competitively priced lettable offices on all 6 floors with lobby space and surface parking for 150 cars. This development will be a 'Grade A' commercial building with state of the art access control and security systems.
The open courtyard leading into the ground floor lobby design resonates the vision for a voluminous entrance space. This approach to open space will also be applied to the parking area for cars to prevent a buildup of carbon monoxide.
