Real Estate

As part of our primary business model we focus on performing the following roles on each development:

Transaction Origination – We utilize our extensive knowledge of the local real estate market to originate strategically located developments in high trade areas with the potential to earn above market returns.

Transaction Structuring – Dreamspaces fully structures and raises financing for real estate investments on behalf of our clients. This includes preparation of world-class financial analysis and presentation materials, that enables us to prepare a comprehensive project analysis and assessment to ensure profit maximization and development efficiency.

Master Developer – Dreamspaces employs a detailed and expansive development strategy that is well planned and knowledge driven; we coordinate the activities of the construction team such as architects, quantity surveyors, structural and services engineers. We also play a key role in post construction leasing, sales and management.

Private Equity

Dreamspaces is actively involved in the appraisal of potential and viable investment opportunities in different economic sectors including Agriculture, Mining, Oil and Gas and Manufacturing. With our extensive knowledge and access to International and Local investors we are able to ensure returns at a premium to market yields.

Tunji Abdul is the CEO of Dreamspaces Development Limited. Prior to founding Dreamspaces Development, Mr. Abdul worked as Managing Partner and Co-founder of Horizon Capital Investments; a real estate development company. He has amassed over a decade of experience within real estate and private equity investments industry during which he has led transactions with combined values of over $500 million.
Mr. Abdul has also worked as an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) at JPMorgan in New York, the investment banking subsidiary of JPMorganChase & Co. Mr. Abdul has spent most of his career on Wall Street in Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Private Wealth Management for Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and Columbia Partners Investment Management.
He graduated from The George Washington University in Washington D.C., United States of America, where he received a Bachelor in Business Administration (B.B.A) with a concentration in Finance. He is also an old Elian of the King's School Ely in Cambridge, U.K and sits on the board of Harrow Park Golf Club, Abuja. Tunji is also a member of the Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) Alumni Association, a New York based organization comprising a network of America’s leading professionals of colour in challenging career paths such as investment banking, corporate law and finance and management consulting.
